Fertilizer Plant 4000L/H Single Stage Reverse Osmosis System
- 4000L Single Stage Reverse Osmosis System is a high flow rate water treatment system go to enhance water quality and deep purification. It adopts modular design, with water production capacity up to 4000L/H and desalination rate ≥97%. The system integrates multi-stage pre-treatment (quartz sand+activated carbon+water softener+precision filtration) and intelligent control system (PLC+touch screen), which can monitor the operation status in real time.
- The system is equipped with high-efficiency high-pressure pumps and customizable membrane elements (low-pressure/anti-pollution membranes), and the working pressure is 0.4 -1.6 MPa. It is suitable for use in the production of a variety of chemical fertilizers, and has the characteristics of stable operation, easy maintenance, and flexible expansion.

4. Application Environment and Precautions
It is suitable for city tap water, well water, surface water and other water sources after pre-treatment. The system should be placed in a ventilated environment without strong vibration and corrosive gas. It is recommended to choose the membrane type and optimize the process with the raw water analysis report to ensure the economy and reliability of long-term operation.
