1. System Overview
The 500L single-stage reverse osmosis (RO) system is a high-efficiency water treatment system mainly used to remove dissolved salts, organics, bacteria, and other impurities in water, with a water production capacity of 500 liters/hour (about 0.5 tons/hour). The system adopts single-stage reverse osmosis technology, which realizes the separation of pure water and dirty water through RO membrane by pressurizing raw water with high-pressure pump.

4. System Structure
- Pre-treatment Unit: remove suspended solids, residual chlorine and organic matter, protect RO membrane.

- RO Membrane Group: single-stage configuration, 1~2 membrane elements in series or parallel, core desalination components.
- Cleaning Device: chemical cleaning interface, regular maintenance of membrane flux.
- Electric Control Box: integrated pressure gauge, flow meter, conductivity meter and other monitoring instruments.
